4. Chatbot, Voice, and AI Processing

A. Chatbot Processing

  • Customers can access and manage conversation data through their dashboard.

B. AI Receptionist / Voice Processing

  • Voice interactions with our AI receptionist are processed by AI models to understand caller intent and generate appropriate responses in real time.
  • Call transcripts and summaries may be generated and stored to provide value to our Customers (e.g., call logs, lead capture).
  • Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
  • Customers can access and manage call records and transcripts through their dashboard.

Consent: By calling a phone number that uses our AI receptionist service, callers consent to having their call handled and processed by our AI system. Where required by applicable law, callers will be notified at the beginning of a call that AI is being used and/or that the call may be recorded.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

A. Service Providers

Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing, telephony).

B. Chatbot Platform Provider

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

11. International Transfers

Our services are primarily operated in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
