But all of that momentum funneled into a Linktree and a DM inbox. Brides had to message back and forth just to ask about availability, her education offers for fellow artists had no home, and her admin was manually tracking every inquiry. The brand that looked world-class on social media had no website to match.
Val needed more than a portfolio. She needed a true booking engine: separate inquiry flows for brides, events, and education students, each capturing the exact details she quotes from (party size, venue, ready-by times, ceremony start) — and every submission had to land in the Google Sheets workflow her admin already runs. It also had to carry her luxury brand identity, from her business-card typography down to the confirmation email a bride receives seconds after inquiring.

Starting from Val's business card, we extended her burgundy-and-cream identity into a full design system with editorial typography, a portfolio organized by bridal, events, mature skin, and education, and a dedicated masterclass page showcasing her Denver event for fellow artists. Her viral TikTok content is self-hosted on the site with real view counts, so the social proof that built her following now works on her own domain.
